  • Did you disable and remove this plugin? Which plugin is this?

    It was “Woo Import Export”.
I deleted it using cPanel file manager and tried resetting all plug-ins by changing the “active_plugins” value to “a:0:{}” via phpMyAdmin.

Using the file manager provided by your host or ftp, ry deactivating all plugins by naming the plugins folder plugins old. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Those did not work either.
    🙁

    Where does this happen?

When I try and go to the /wp-admin control panel.

Well figured out what happened. The plug-in, for some reason removed all admin rights from my administrator account. Luckily I had an old admin account that I had set up for a 3rd party to help when I started the site to with another issue I had. When I typed in their credentials it gave me access and I was able to fix my admin account. Moral of the story: always have more than more admin account.
