• Hey all,

    just installed the plugin and I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when I click on settings.

    Not having any issues with WordPress or plugins thus far. I googled a bit but could not find the solution.

    I have tried changing the PHP version (from 7.3 all the way to 5.6), checked my file/folder permissions, created another admin via MySQL, checked the wp-config.php (for some reason it’s stated that it can be a problem if the username & password for the DB are not correct but of course the whole site stopped working if the credentials are wrong so I have no idea what they meant to check this).

    Any other tips?

    I have the same problem “Je hebt geen toestemming om deze pagina te bekijken.”
    Is there already a solution?

    Not that I found. Due to the amazing support of authors and the community regarding this, I decided to move to a different plugin and gave up 🙂

    Same problem with my family site since last update. Which is good alternative?

    I have two websites with WordPress 5.3.2
    It works fantastic in one site. In the other site I get the message “Je hebt geen toestemming om deze pagina te bekijken.”

    I installed an older version, and it worked again.

    I’d be intrigued to install the older version, but i’m worried if i do so the events i already have within the site (113 events!) will all be lost, anyone know if this would be the case?

    Hi,

    make a backup of the db. But i did not lot any events, when downgrading.

    Tried to downgrade but now you cannot set the date of the event (Version 2.5.40). I think it’s about time we just realized that this “plugin” is not worth anybody’s time.

    I had this too. It was solved by signing up to the Timely Network (Settings page, small link).

    @fschnyder, unfortunately, didn’t help :/
