    Hi Christina:
    Sorry for the late reply. That message means exactly what it says – we have not received any data for that title. There could be lots of reasons for not having the data – for example our focus has mainly been on the Canadian supply chain so if you are looking for foreign titles there is a good chance we don’t have those.

    We refer to the title unique number as an EAN. We do get new providers all the time in BiblioShare – the backend of the data that populates the WordPress plugin, so that message can change.

    Do you have any examples of what you were trying to pull back?
