    Hello team,

My website imageplus.co.ke does not add any product on the cart despite confirming “product successfully added’ from the shop page. It adds the products to the wish list and afterwards when you try adding into the shop it displays the error “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.”Kindly assist.

    Hi there!

Items not adding to the cart is usually due to caching, can you check if your site and/or server has caching and that it is excluding what it should?

    http://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

“Product cannot be purchased” is different and usually due to your product setting. Is it in stock? Can you add a the product to the cart not using the wishlist? What Wishlist plugin are you using?

    Hello Joel,

Thanks for responding. Please note the below:
When you add the products, it goes to the wishlist instead of the cart. However, when you browse the wish list, it gives you the option of adding to cart. When you click add to cart, it unfortunately brings the error “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.”

I also noticed that all products read “In Stock” in the stock status so I doubt stock is the issue in this case. Is there a way this can be resolved?

    Regards,
    Dennis

I’d suggest you speak to the author of your Wishlist plugin, this functionality isn’t built into WooCommerce, so the parts you’re having an issue with is being added by their plugin.

Hopefully they can help you soon!
