"Sorry, this entry is only available in" links broken

Hello,
It seems as though the links to other pages in different languages has a bug in it (“Sorry, this entry is only available in…”). For example, on my site here, you can see that the URL is
http://reseaujardin.org/en/fr/library-items/germination-101/
rather than
http://reseaujardin.org/fr/library-items/germination-101/
(The current language slug is not being removed)
Example: http://reseaujardin.org/en/library-items/germination-101/
