Same for me, also WP 4.8.1
Bad support. For me it would have been enough if you even had written one sentence.

I’d say non-existent support. Emailed the dev at the same time and haven’t heard a word back.
My reply was for the Plugin-Author, not for you 😉
Hello
In my country we have this thing called annual leave where we go and spend time with our family. During this time it my not be possible to keep as connected to the internet as much as some people may like.
I am sorry I have not managed to respond as quickly as you would have liked. Customers of the Pro plugin get prioritised over the Free version. I am working my way through responding to people as quickly as I can. May I remind you the Support Forum is a place where others can respond, it is not limited to just response from the plugin author.
Leaving a 1 star review is not the way to go to encourage assistance.
The “Sorry there has been a problem with your feed” message can be caused by a number of reasons and usually a configuration problem. It’s best discussed on an individual case via email than in the Support Forum.

I did, a month ago (7 September), with the same subject line.
Leaving a 1 star review is not the way to go to encourage assistance.
And adopting a subtle sarcastic tone is a great way of putting off your users. It’s neither helpful, nor appreciated.
At any rate I revisited the plugin, after having given up on it, and, I don’t know what was causing the problem but, it seems to be behaving itself now.
Since I couldn’t get it to work before I couldn’t really give it a review. Now that it is I have amended my review.
I have the same problem – even use simply [cws_gpp_images_in_album] results in “Sorry there has been a problem with your feed” so I think it isn’t shortcode problem.
Kindly please help me with that.
Thx in advance.
Installed the latest version of the plugin on WP 4.9.4 on a Win 7 box. Used my Gmail account to get an authorization code to setup the plugin.
Created two pages with the following shortcode:
1. DisplayAlbum: [cws_gpp_albums theme=’grid’ results_page=’displayimages’ show_title=1 show_details=1 num_results=6 ]
2.DisplayImages: [cws_gpp_images_in_album theme=grid show_title=1 show_details=1 album_title=1]
Peremalink: Permalink: http://googlephotos.dev.cc/displayimages/
Hence stub used is: “displayimages”
Regardless of which page I select I get the error message “Sorry there has been a problem with your feed.”
Would really appreciate help to get this working!
Thanks – Ken
P.S. Would consider the Pro version but if cannot get the basic version working certainly will not buy the Pro version.

I have the exact same problem. Tried everything but it still doesn’t work. I’d buy the pro version if the free one works.
I found the problem. do you need create two pages.
First page: In that do you need to put the tag
[cws_gpp_albums results_page=’your link’]
In that page will be showed your gallery.
Second page: in that page do you need put the tag
[cws_gpp_images_in_album theme=carousel slidestoshow=5 slidestoscroll=1 autoplay=1 arrows=1 results_page=results-carousel]
after you publish the second page. Take the permanet link(generated by wordpress) on the second page and replace “your link” on the first page for permanet link off the second page.
Sorry for my english. I’m learning yet.
I hope it helped you.
Thank you mkto for your reply.
I think what you described is the same as what plugin author has instructed us to do.
The link that generated by wordpress is the same as the slug.
Still doesn’t work.
Hello
On the plugin settings page, make sure you have filled in the thumbnail settings fields with a value and make sure it’s only numerical (do not include px)
So, namely Thumbnail Size and Album Thumbnail Size
Not having values in these fields can sometimes cause issues.
The thumbnail size and the Album thumbnail size were pre-filled with 200 and 250 after I activated the plugin. I didn’t change the default values and there’s no px in the fields.
I guess the error wasn’t caused by these two fields in my case.
Hi
Can yo post a link to see the site?
Which shortcode are you using?
Thanks
Hi,
Here’s the album:
http://p485.org/photo-albums/
shortcode:
[cws_gpp_albums theme=’grid’ results_page=’photos’ show_title=1 show_details=1 num_results=9 hide_albums=’Auto Backup’]
Here’s the photo images page:
http://p485.org/photos/
shortcode:
[cws_gpp_images_in_album theme=’grid’ album_title=1 show_title=1 show_details=1]
Thanks,
Sam
