Sorry the page you're looking for is not available

I installed the wordpress AMP plugin yesterday along with Yoast’s suggestions Pagefrog and glue for seo & amp.Then I deactivated them and left things as they were as my site http://funkyweddingideas.com.au
is ecommerce and not reliant on posts and went on my way to think about amp more.
Today I couldn’t get into the plugins page at all via admin and freaked out and went into ftp and deleted them all. Now Autoptimize WP super cache has stopped working showing “sorry the page you’re looking for is not available”
I deleted wp supercache via ftp first and then nothing changed so I deleted autoptimize and went back into wordpress and plugins and reinstalled and same error message appears.
Any clues? I love this plugin!
