You should also ensure your variations have regular prices set and are ‘in stock’ or they won’t show.

You are aware only one variation can match a set of attributes? If there is a variation matching which doesn’t have a price (lets say you were hoping to have an image for a certain attribute), that won’t work.
hi… i got here from google. i had the same issue. the fix for me was to give all variations prices. even if one of them dosn’t have a price – nothing works and it brings up this messege…
