    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see this rating and want to help clarify the confusion regarding both our pricing model and our support.

    Regarding the Cost: It appears there is a misunderstanding about how the upgrade and prices works. You are not required or guided to pay $300/year. When you upgrade, say from the Basic to the Plus or Elite plan, you are moving to a different tier, not adding a second cost on top of the first permanently. Your future renewals will simply be for the single license you chose to keep at the new cost. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference.

    Regarding Upgrades & Features: We want to be clear that you are never required to upgrade. The Basic license is a fully functional product that works great for many users. The upgrade to the Plus tier is completely optional and is only necessary if you specifically need advanced features like Carousels, Masonry layouts, or filtering tools. If you don’t need those specific features, you can stick with the Basic (or even Free) version forever. The same goes for the Elite license.

    Regarding Support: We take pride in providing dedicated support to all of our users, whether they are using the Free version, Basic, or Pro Plus. It is not limited or based on the license level. Some license levels will receive priority support, but we still support all users on a timely basis.
