Soooo Expensive

I was excited about the prospect of utilizing your plugin until I examined the pricing. It appears to be significantly more expensive than anticipated. While I don’t doubt the quality and capabilities of your plugin, the needs of my client are fairly basic. She only requires the ability to print a UPC barcode, accompanied by her logo, name, and SKU, for custom products a handful of times each month.

Upon reviewing the available pricing tiers, I’m struggling to find a suitable option. The entry tier at $99 offers limited features. The Business tier, priced at $159, caters to a single website but lacks custom label options. The top tier, priced at $279, is designed for five websites and includes additional features, yet it still seems misaligned with potential users’ needs.

Moreover, the necessity for a five-website package seems incongruent with the typical use case for this type of plugin. Most users, including myself and my client, require it for a single website. If there’s a need for multi-site usage, a customized pricing option upon request might be a more user-friendly approach, enabling you to cater to specific needs and scales of operation.

I genuinely believe that revisiting and restructuring your pricing model could attract a broader customer base. As it stands, the cost of your plugin is one of the highest in the market, and it could potentially deter prospective buyers, especially those seeking more fundamental features.

I am hopeful that you will consider this feedback as an opportunity to make your excellent product more accessible to a wider audience, balancing quality and affordability.
