  • Hi @topcomponentespc,

    Thanks for reaching us,

For fixing the issue related to the icons not displaying, I suggest you check the guideline and work accordingly. Here is the link: https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/social-icons-missing-or-appearing-as-squares/

Let me know if this helps you or not and I will be back.

Good evening, I’ve tried all the steps you’ve recommended, I don’t exactly use it but I do use Spectra which may be something similar and has compatibility with Font Awesome 5 enabled.

I’ve completely cleared the cache now and it’s still the same, I use Ezoic as my cache platform, for what it’s worth.

I have also entered the code that the guide says and it has not worked either.

At first I thought it was just my problem, so I cleared my browser’s cache, logged out of my account and logged back in but the problem persisted.

The issue is that it is not always, sometimes it entered and everything is displayed correctly, but other times it does not. Normally when I enter another section of the page they are displayed correctly again, but that is of little use for the new user who enters the page for the first time and finds the error.

To end the doubt that if it only happened to me, I asked a friend to enter the web and the same thing happened to him, the menu arrows and the start symbol were replaced by squares as if he did not recognize them.

    Hi @topcomponentespc,

    Thanks for the update,

I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

Let me know if it fixes the issue or not and I will be back.

I’ve been activating and deactivating plugins for a week, in fact, at first I left the page without plugins and I’ve been adding one by one, but the failure was random, I haven’t come to the conclusion that certain plugins are the cause of the problem.

When I began to think that it was a certain plugin and deactivated it, it didn’t matter if I did it since the problem returned, I don’t know what else to do, I tried it with the cache, deactivating plugins and the problem persists.

It’s fixed, it was a problem with the ad platform I was using on the web.

    All the best.
