Yes! This is happening for me, too. The pop-out window is also sporadically working.
Same here. Reading the old reviews it seems the previous owner of the plugin was aware of the issue but either unable or unwilling to fix. Now the plugin has been acquired by RedLettuce I’m hopeful this will be addressed…

Was working OK but now randomly doesn’t display at all on desktop and does on mobile or vice versa. The problem seems to occur mostly on the first page as I’ve found it’s displaying pages 2 onwards but obviously, when it’s a single page nothing is being shown.
I’ve also had no display randomly within Elementor.
