I do not know why sometime it doesn’t count like and share. My website is http://www.wms.vn. For example, I shared many times this link: http://wms.vn/kien-thuc/quan-tri-thuong-hieu/quan-tri-thuong-hieu-kevin-l-keller-chuong-1-thuong-hieu-va-quan-tri-thuong-hieu/. But the counter still 0. I don’t know why?

AddToAny gets counts directly from supported services. Since you’re only using the universal counter, note:

The AddToAny universal share counter aggregates counts from Facebook by default. When additional service counters (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) are active, those counts are included in the universal count as well.

You can also check Facebook’s counts using their sharing debugger:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

Thanks for your reply. However, I still wonder why some post or page were counted, but some weren’t counted. Why?

Could you tell me the way to solve this problem? The counter system of some links (as below) doesn’t work:
– http://wms.vn/dich-vu/online-marketing/
– http://wms.vn/dich-vu/dao-tao/
