    Hi, I tried setting up my WooCommerce site with FB but keep getting this error after going through all the settings:

    Looking at the recent support threads suggest that I’m not alone in this problem?

    I checked my Page Roles and the WooCommerce account is not added as Admin.

    Plugin version: 2.6.1

    WooCommerce version: 5.2.2

    PHP version: 7.3

    Thanks for reaching out about this issue when trying to connect your store to your Facebook shop. Please review the following documentation and share if there are any differences seen when compared to the process you have used.

    Hi Philip,

    The step is exactly the same until the Account Confirmation screen with the Shopping Bag icon.

    After pressing Continue, it directly goes to the Error screen as screenshotted above.
