 * Hi [@urka](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urka/),
 * Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m sorry that you’re
   running into this error, but I’ll be happy to help.
 * We have a snippet that will give us some additional error information, which
   may give us a better indication as to what might be happening here. Can you please
   add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again?
   If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, [here is some information](http://skyverge.com/blog/add-custom-code-to-wordpress/)
   as to how to do it. Personally, I like the free Code Snippets plugin method.
 * You can view the snippet here:
 * add_filter( ‘wc_facebook_connection_proxy_url’, function() { return ‘[https://wc-connect-test.skyverge.com/auth/facebook/&#8217](https://wc-connect-test.skyverge.com/auth/facebook/&#8217);;});
 * Once the snippet is in place and you have had a chance to try to connect to Facebook
   again, would you please send a screenshot or text of any additional error messages
   that show?
 * Thanks,
 * Jennifer

 * Hi [@urka](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urka/),
 * Thanks so much for sending that error message! Facebook recently updated their
   settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to “Off” by default. This
   needs to be set to “On”. Can you please go to your Facebook settings and select
   Business Integrations > WooCommerce Extension V2 and toggle the Manage your business
   setting to the “On” position?
 * [https://cloud.skyver.ge/o0umOywP](https://cloud.skyver.ge/o0umOywP)
 * Once this is toggled to “On”, can you please try to connect again and let me
   know if this resolves the issue for you?
 * Thanks,
 * Jennifer

 * NO – it is not solved! I have answered to the email and sent you an image of
   the setting. It is not possible to toggle this option off it is marked as required.

   manage product catalogue manage business extension is fixed as required!

 * Hi [@urka](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urka/),
 * It looks like your follow-up reply may not have come through – sorry about that!
   Unfortunately I did not get the image that you tried to send. I would recommend
   uploading it using a [free service like Cloudup](https://cloudup.com/dashboard),
   which will create a link that you can post here.
 * To clarify though, the “Manage your business” permission option needs to be set
   to _“On”_. Could you please send me a screenshot showing what you see on this
   page?
 * Thanks,

 * Hello Jennifer,
    here you have the screenshot [https://snipboard.io/VgIuWb.jpg](https://snipboard.io/VgIuWb.jpg)
 * Point 1,4 and 5 I can not change. The buttons are fixed on required.

 * Hi [@urka](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urka/),
 * Thanks for sending that screenshot. That is interesting – if this permission
   is set to “required”, then this should mean that it is enabled. I am going to
   run this by our team to get some additional insight on what might be going on.
 * In the meantime, could you please confirm that you are running the current version
   of the plugin (2.2.0), and if not, could you go ahead and try updating to that
   version?
 * Thanks,
 * Jennifer

 * Hello,
    I got the tip from other client to allow all permissions. If I do this,
   I can connect my woocommerce with the facebook account. But I don’t want to organize
   my Facebook Company account with the Plugin in Woocommerce because for this another
   people is responsible. This is problem 1
 * Problem 2
    I see some articles in my facebook catalog manager without image but
   in my shop I have the image. If I click in edit this Product I see a path for
   the image.
 * Problem 3
    Can I select Categories in my woocommerce for connecting with the
   facebook. I do not want to show there all our product brands.
 * Thank you for your help

 * I have another problem too
 * In the connection I choose the The Business Account of Jay Parts.
    But the Kataltog
   is now on Jay personal
 * If I open the catalog on Business I get the option to Import from “Products for
   Jay Parts (xxx) feed)
    Question: If I do this I think I will have all products
   on my right page BUT what is about with new products or changes in my woocommerce
   shop?
 * Thank you for your help!

 * UPDATE
 * To be sure that there was no mistake in setting of the connection I deletet it
   and made it new.
    This solve the problem of the 2 cataloues but
 * These are the finally NEW problems:
    - **My cataloge now have 215 parts but my woocommerce shop have 530 **
       Status
      of my woocommerce products are “Sync and show” In my woocommerce product page
      I have a FAcebook ID, if I klick on this I see how the product should look
      in Facebook but the product is not in my Facebook cataloge listed, I hope
      I can solve it when I choose each part in my woocommerce shop and activate
      the bulk opiton “Include to Facebook sync” again…first parts works
    - **Categories from Woocommerce ar not in Facebook** in the facebook cataloge
      I have one categoy “3051” I do not know where this category come because I
      don’t have this in my woocommerce shop. All my Woocommerce shop categories
      are not in Facebook cataloge categories. For Information I have more than
      one level in my woocommerce categories.
    - **Brand**please which field of woocommerce fill the brand field for the facebook
      articles? All my parts are with brand jay parts but this is not true.
    - **Title and description in more languages**we use WPML and our shop is in
      German and English. Because of the technical products the automatic translation
      from facebook is not well. Is there any way that we can connect the english
      Titel and description too? I found only to update it on Facebook with csv
      file but this must do on any changes again
 * Thank you so lot for your help. If you need any screens please let me know

 * Hi [@urka](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urka/),
 * **My cataloge now have 215 parts but my woocommerce shop have 530 **
    To confirm,
   when you tried running the bulk update to include the missing products in the
   Facebook sync, were you seeing them showing up in Facebook after doing this?
 * **Categories from Woocommerce ar not in Facebook**
    Currently, the plugin does
   not sync WooCommerce categories to your Facebook shop. Instead, the categories
   from WooCommerce are listed as the product_type in Facebook. Are you able to
   delete this category directly from the Facebook shop?
 * **Brand**
    Our plugin defaults to reading the “product_brand” taxonomy used by
   plugins like WooCommerce Brands. Could you please confirm how you are adding
   the brand to your products?
 * **Title and description in more languages**
    I do not believe that there is a
   method for syncing products in multiple languages, though I can certainly look
   into this a bit for you. I’ll let you know what I find out on this one.
 * Thanks,
 * Jennifer
