# Something went wrong ( Sendy Integration

 * Sendy integration is not working, im lucky that i have one already that is working.
   
   I tried to add a second sendy integration list and im sure all credentials are
   well
 * Error:Log in to your Sendy installation to get your API Key and list ID. Something
   went wrong.
 * I also tried deleting the one i had already connected and working and i couldnt
   even add it again because displayed the same error, in order to make it work 
   again i had to restore from backup to at least keep using the list that i had
   synced.
 * Whats causing this error? im lucky i can keep using the one i had setup before
   but i cant add anothers list.

 * I hope you’re well today!
 * I’m not aware of any known bugs/issues with this integration and I don’t see 
   anything currently reported in our internal bug tracking system.
 * I also just tested it with our test instance of Sendy and my personal test site(
   just default WordPress with Twenty Twenty One theme and Hustle plugin) and I 
   could configure it without any issues.
 * The error that you are getting also doesn’t suggest invalid credentials but rather
   come sort of either connection issue or some internal conflict/resource issue.
 * I understand that due to the issue you’d rather not test it anymore on the live
   site but do you have (or could you have) some staging/dev site where you could
   try safely set such integration again from scratch?
 * If yes, please give it a try but also
 * 1) first enable WordPress debugging by adding following lines to the “wp-config.
   php” file, right above the “/* That’s all, stop editing */” line:
 *     ```
       define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
       define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
       define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
       ```
   
 * 2) make sure that the IP of where your Sendy instance is installed is not blocked
   by any firewall/security tools and, vice versa, that at the other end (where 
   you Sendy instance is installed) the IP of your site is not blocked/filtered 
   in any way
 * 3. then try setting up the integration but keep browser console open during the
   process and look if there are any errors showing up in it
 * 4. and then (if it fails again) look for the file named “debug.log” in the /wp-
   content/ folder of your WordPress installation.
 * This file should contain some entries that may be additional errors or warnings
   related to Hustle and/or communication with Sendy installation so knowing about
   them could help diagnosing the issue.

 * Hi, thanks for replying.
    I did a test on a new wordpress with default theme 
   twenty, this is what happens
 * 1- First instegration for list (A) added succesfully
    2- Second integration for
   another Sendy list (B) – failed 3- Deleted first integration (A) to add the the
   2nd and still failed. 4- Back to add the first one and that was the only i was
   able to add the list (A).
 * Im only allowed to add one single sendy integration not more than one, and also
   afte first list added that the only one i can have, if i delete it to add another
   fails.
 * I did the wp debug and no debug.log file was created after error failed.
 * Any idea? Thanks in advance!

 * I forgot to add, i did all kind of troubleshoot
    -Uninstalled al plugins -Used
   differents browsers -changes new sendy api key -Used twenty nine theme -Uninstalled
   hustled completely with reset option -Installed again using different list -No
   error log presented in errors logs -Tested on another wordpresss fresh new – 
   Updated sendy to its lastest version – Used other plugins that use sendy api
 * Definetly have to be a problem with hustle itself or i dont know 😟

 * Thanks for response and testing it.
 * Let me, however, ask this just to make sure:
 * – are we referring to integrations as in “Hustle -> Integrations” page to connect
   Sendy to the plugin?
 * – or actually adding already connected Sendy to Hustle module, as in “Integrations”
   settings (adding “Connected app” to “active apps”) of a specific module (like
   specific e-mail collecting popup)?
 * This isn’t quite clear for me but it’s important because
 * – you can connect multiple Sendy instances to the plugin (the first point above)
   –
   but you can only add single “connected app” Sendy (single list) chosen from those
   connected to the specific module (“active apps” of a module’s “Integrations”).

 * Hi, yes i mean integration modules.
 * If i delete the sendy integration to change it for another list, it doesnt let
   me add it.
 * To be clear if i delete the sendy integration i wont be able to add it again 
   because it doesbt let me add it back. I discovered that because i want to select
   another sendy email list .

 * I’ve tested this on two of my test sites with various configurations and in both
   cases it worked fine. I tried both connecting the Sendy integration in Hustle
   >> Integrations and also to add it to specific popups. I also disconnected it
   and connected again in both places multiple times and each time I was successful.
 * It’s all very odd, considering the amount of troubleshooting you’ve already done
   in this case.
 * Would it be possible for you to share your Sendy details so we can try this on
   our end once more? (we won’t be sending anything, just to test the connecting/
   disconnecting options). If so, please use the method below:

 * I found this thread while searching for help with my own Hustle-Sendy integration,
   and thought I’d share an unexpected solution.
 * I also had existing integrations in place, but was unable to create a new one.
 * After much searching, the idea popped into my head that maybe the problem was
   with the subscriber list. It was brand new, created a few minutes before I started
   attempting to set up the integration. So it was empty.
 * I added one email address to the empty list, and seconds later the integration
   was up and running.
