According to the logs, the field “IALP” seems to have an issue. If this field is mandatory, then make sure that the user is adding data to this field and in the correct format. When using address fields, please note that unless all the details are sent to MailChimp.com, it will reject the submission. So if not all users are going to provide their address, I would suggest removing all the address fields.
