    So, tried to generate a feed for Facebook. Everything’s in place, but when I go ahead and smash the Generate Feed button, I get this:

    “Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.”

    And no, refreshing doesn’t work.

    Exception: PixelCaffeine\Admin\Exception\FBAPIException

    ——————–

    Message: Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to <a href="1">refresh the page</a>.`”

    What now? Do I uninnstall and move on to another plugin?

    Also tried the solution from another thread:

    
        Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
        Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
        Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
        Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
        Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions
    

    Did not work. I’m this close to giving up on the plugin.

    Well, dead plugin, as expected. Moving on.

    What a shame they no longer support this plugin. Was one of the better ones while it lasted.

    @boxhatch What plugin are you using to automatically sync the Facebook catalog?

    @stev430 Sorry for the late reply, I was out for a month. I’m using the official Facebook for Woo.. because there’s nothing else with features bundled.. not because it’s the best.

    I read this solution from the author:
    Reset the Facebook connection with following steps:

    – Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
    – Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
    – Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
    – Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
    – Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions
    – Then, try again to operate in the product catalog.`

    BUT FOR ME ITS NOT WORKING EITHER….ANYONE HAVE ANOTHER SOLUTION FOR THE ERROR ???
