I got this message from a customer:

“When we want to pay on your site and we click PayPal button, the PayPal frame opens, where we put our PayPal password, but then a message appears: “Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you” and at the same time on your checkout page appears: “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source”. We tried several times but it is always the same.
Otherwise, we can normally log in to the PayPal site directly.”

    Please advise.

    Hello @nelsonleemiller

thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
Seeing the succession of these errors, I would think that the “something went wrong” error is caused by the first issue where PayPal is not able to verify the identity of the customer. Has the customer verified that he can access his account via the PayPal account?
Can you check the plugin logs to see if they give any other error in this situation? If it is related to the plugin, the error we have now is too generic and won’t help us much further.

Please make sure the logging function has been turned on in the plugin, so we will have logs available if more similar issues occur.

    Pending your response.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Your statement makes no senses!

The customer already has an account in WooCommerce from a prior order. I do have the setting Enable Logging enabled, it has been. So tell me what logs to look for and what to do now.
