# Something like comments_request ?

 * The only filter I can find for changing the post comments that are returned is
   comments_array, and that is inefficient if you want to do substitutions or filters,
   since it has to create the normal comments array first before you edit it.
 * I’m wondering if there is an equivalent to posts_request for comments.
