something I broke – cannot see pics!

    First, I could upload pics and see them. Then I changed something and cannot see them. Changes several plugins and lost track of what could be the potential issue. Cannot seem to get the backup working either. The pictures are in my files, uploaded, I can see them as admin when I search the picture folders. Can see them in the HTML coding as well on the page, but they do not appear. Cannot see in browser, tried 2 different browsers too, and 2 different computers. Can see in post edit window, cannot see if the site. http://www.linkedinheavyweight.com is the site.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Esmi, you are simply brilliant! I do not know why I did not try this…. scratch that actually…. I was wrapped in a blanket of frustration and could not think straight!

    It worked, thanks so much. It was a plug in that I had to delete.
