For the last few days even before I updated my website to 4.5.x, Jetpack is throwing the errors below on its Debug page.

    `
Something has gotten mixed up in your Jetpack Connection!

    IDENTITY_CRISIS:
Your ‘error_code’ option is set up as ”, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as ‘401’!

It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack.

Could someone help find the solution please? Already followed other forum answers and with our hosting support but no result yet.

    Thank you csonnek.

The website is https://rolandbal.com. These errors can be seen on debug page in the admin panel only.

It looks like your site ID on our end is using a different URL: https://trauma-and-ptsd.com/

Did you initially set up your site under this URL when you first connected Jetpack? If so, can I have you disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com user account? To disconnect/reconnect Jetpack, go to Jetpack -> Jetpack in your site’s dashboard. Then, click the My Jetpack button and on the next screen, click the “Disconnect site from WordPress.com” button as shown here: http://d.pr/i/1leC0

Click that, then reconnect to WordPress.com when you see the prompt to do so. That should update the data on our end.

Let me know if you have any questions.
