Hi @adamwrightdatamark,
I did a test then on mobile and had no issue registering. Please ensure you are using a unique email when trying on mobile. Thanks,
Hi there, thank you for testing.
Did you try registering on Test B? That one appears to be having more issues and it’s also now happening on desktop.
Does it have anything to do with the “Custom Registration Page (Optional)” setting? Could that be messing up Test B since I have it set to the Test A page and both pages contain the same registration form?
Hi @adamwrightdatamark,
What does it say in the log tab in the plugin settings?
Thanks,
Hi,
The 6 latest are “Webinar Registration Unsuccessful” including 4 tests done by ourselves and 2 by a Michael S. Before those was a “Webinar Registration Successful” by a John M.
I don’t see any reasons on why it was unsuccessful.
Hi @adamwrightdatamark,
I am not sure what the issue might be. Can you please provide diagnostic information as asked for in the plugin settings in the support tab.
Hi again,
I’m not sure what all needs to be provided, let me know if more is needed. Also, I do not see a way on here to add screenshots or images, is that possible?

@adamwrightdatamark what I would suggest is using our application instead. So in the general options tab, clear out your custom application settings, save the settings at the bottom of the page, and refresh the page. Then click the connect button again at the top of the page. You should now be connected.
I suspect that there might be API limits on your application and this might be causing thresholds to be reached.
If this doesn’t work I am out of ideas. The only further assistance I can provide is if you get the pro version and I can run specific diagnostics on your site and this will guarantee to solve the issue whatever it might be. Thanks 🙂
Thank you for the advice. I followed your directions and retested. Here is what I found when testing on both desktop (Windows 10) and mobile (Android) on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Test A:
– Always successful
Test B
– Always successful: Going to page NOT from an email (finding in website search or directly)
– Always fails: Going to page from link in an email (Gmail and Outlook)
The issue appears to be with Test B when coming from an email. Is there any reason that might be messing up the registration?
Thank you.
Hi @adamwrightdatamark,
I am sorry, I don’t know why that might not be working.
@adamwrightdatamark as I said, I would be happy to provide you with proper diagnostics on your website if you get the pro version. Due to the forum rules on WordPress.org I am unable to provide this level of support for the free version. The pro version also has a money-back guarantee on functionality, so if I shouldn’t be able to get it to work you will receive a full refund. Thanks 🙂
Hello,
That’s OK, we actually got it working. I’m not sure exactly what it was exactly, but we tried deleting a Conversion URL UTM that we were adding to a hidden form field, deleted the Test B page, edited the Zap and create a new Zap one for blank Organization fields.
Thank you.
Ok great to hear you got it resolved 🙂
