Something happened to my rows

I didn’t edit any rows, I was just working in one column to add a sign up form. After I saved my work, I scrolled down the page and noticed that my row settings (the blue background) for the row that holds the column I was working on now run all through to the bottom of my page. I went back in to move the other rows out of the row that seemed to take precedence but every time I move my mouse close to the row settings they go inactive. See here.

Is there a way to restore back to a previous point?
