 * The accordion was functioning properly, and now it isn’t. I have validated again,
   and I see two errors related to a WP Stats .js file. I’m tracking that down, 
   but any insight on how to fix this would be great.

   dough. We maintain strict and thorough food-handling and cleaning standards,

 * It looks like you have some script tags in the wrong places. If you look at the
   source code of your site, you have your stats script code _after_ the closing`
   </body>` and `</html>`. Those should really be inside.
 * What else has changed since the plugin was last working?

 * I had accidentally removed my <?php wp_footer(); ?> code in the footer. My fault!
