 * I get this error, using WP version 3.7.1:
 * Warning: substr() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /var/www/xxxxxxx.
   xxx/wp-content/plugins/post-by-email/include/Horde/Mime/Part.php on line 2148
 * I can mail image and get it posted
    I can mail text and get it posted When mailing
   text with an image, only image is posted. Text is missing.
