• Hi how are you, my website http://www.shardulmphotography.com seems like it’s having problems. The problem only started 2 days ago when I was uploading pictures to my blog for a client. When i started uploading pictures on my blog for some reason my website completely stooped working it would not even load on the browser it would time out with a response of “No data received Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”. Eventually the website goes back online but only for couple of minutes and when I try to update the site it stops working again. I called my host GoDaddy they told me yes, my website is slow but they are not seeing any problems it loads on there system. It’s really frustrating and I’m loosing business and clients and looks bad on the current client because I was not able to do a sneak preview of there event. Someone Please HELP PLEASE! If someone can help ASAP please thank you

also i have tried it on ever browser IE, FireFox, Chrome. Site is not working on any of them. I cant even access my wordpress. Also have tried clearing the cache history and everything. Every other website is working perfectly fine besides mine on all the browsers.

    Try these steps:
    – deactivate all plugins and see if the problem persists. If it solves the problem, activate plugins one by one until you find the problematic one
    – revert to Twenty Twelve theme and see if the issue is theme-specific
    – delete any inactive plugins
reinstall WordPress manually from a freshly downloaded copy except wp-content. Do not overwrite files/ folders but delete them before reinstalling.
    – run the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
Backup your site including database so that you can restore in case anything goes wrong.

i tried deactivating all the plugins and activate them individually now it crashed on me out of no where again.

I’m having a similar issue, except that I can’t even get to the dashboard of my site to deactivate the plugins. How can I make any changes to my site without being able to access it?

You can use FTP (or Cpanel) to rename the plugins folder – that deactivates all of them at once.

I have tried everything nothing has worked so far. It’s really frustrating. I been back and forth with my hosting company GoDaddy and my internet provider Verizon they did everything from trace root to going on my website and doing a test blog post. GoDaddy stated everything seems to be working fine on there end but for some reason on my internet connection it does not work. Talked to verizon they did a trace root and found nothing that linked to connection being the problem. Both companies are just pointing at each other now. My last option is starting from scratch unless any one has a solution thank you for your time.

I know I was “supposed to” start my own topic, but these are very similar issues. What I ended up doing was accessing my content in WordPress through my hosting company (FatCow) and disabling all my plugins there. It sucked, but it worked, my website is back up. I could then re-enable my plugins one at a time. Both my host and my internet provider were telling me the same thing, namely that everything was fine…when it clearly wasn’t. Try the backdoor for your content through GoDaddy, and best of luck to you!

@tsbe, you don’t have to create your own thread if you are trying to help someone else 🙂
