Also something weird,when the user obtains ‘points’, the points are shown in ‘First one’ but the ‘Rank’ is updated in Second one even though it dosen’t have any hooks or ranks and even the Log is empty for Second one. It might be because somehow First One isn’t displaying ‘Rank box’ and second one does?

The issue in your points types is that you have used the same labels in the Singular and Plural text field in myCred Core settings you need to use different labels for each point type in myCred core settings also please make sure to change the label in the point type setting as shown in the screenshot below.
