Some WordPress themes aren’t working with me!!!! HELP!!

    Hello,
    I just noticed lately that my wordpress isn’t working properly especially with themes.
    I am trying to activate this a theme called “MixedTape – http://j.mp/ckEkFh” But when I preview or activate it i get a plain text pages!! it looks like the .css file is missing.. but it’s truly available.
    I don’t really what to do with this problem.
    By the way, this problem also happens with “Carrington Blog Theme – http://carringtontheme.com/”

    I am really tired and disappointed and I don’t really know what happened, is there anyway to solve this problem?

    Please help me

    Note: This is problem happened when I was running WP 2.9.1 still till now. (I didn’t try MixedTape theme on a previous version under 2.9.1)
