# Some thumbnails do not appear

 * I have some pages with Master Slider in them. In each case, not all of the thumbnails
   appear – others are just shown as a blue question mark. I cannot see any pattern
   to the ones that are not shown.
 * Note that:
    – the thumbnails are all shown in Preview – it’s only on the live
   site that it’s not working as expected – WordPress and the theme (Shoreditch)
   are up to date, as is Master Slider – duplicating a slider gives exactly the 
   same results (the same thumbnails are missing)
 * Any suggestions please?

 * Thank you for choosing Master Slider.
 * If you have image optimization plugin, please deactivate it and check out again.
   Or if you are using jetpack, disable Photon add-on.
 * Please let me know the result.

 * Just turned off “Image Performance” in the JetPack dashboard (couldn’t see anything
   labelled “Photon” or any add-in manager) and everything seems to be as expected(
   including an apparently unrelated problem with header images!).
