@marcie73 sorry for the late reply. I checked and everything seems to be working fine. The select boxes appear for all options when I check in firefox and chrome

I don’t have a mac to test, but I have a feeling that this bug might be related to your theme or another plugin. Could you create a fresh WordPress install and try to reproduce the problem please? If you can create the same problem on anther site I will check on a friend’s Mac. Thanks
You are right, if I switch to a default theme, everything is working. It’s really frustrating!! 🙁 What do you mean doing a fresh install of wp? And then use the same theme? on another theme? Or you need to have a second theme not working to look into it? Thank you so much!
No, I was just trying to figure out if the problem is theme related, and it turns out it is. I hope you understand that I can’t go trough every theme and make sure the plugin works all the time. I’m afraid you will need to hire a developer to check into this, or use a premium plugin like gravity forms to fix the problem. This is a free plugin for now, so I cannot fix problems that are clearly caused by a third party theme.
