Some Redirects Work But Others Don't?

    I have used the plug-in to create 1200+ redirects.

    The majority seem to work fine but there are some that fail.

    My domain is http://www.displaycentre.co.uk.

    The plug-in has a redirect –
    Source: /Price-Labels-Tickets-and-Tagging-Guns/Shelf-Labelling—Shelf-Edge-Ticket-/-Sign-Holder/Clear-SA-Ticket-Edge-For-30mm-Labels-(1350mm)

    Why does this not work?
