Some Redirects Don’t Work

Some redirects don’t seem to work at all. They just show a blank page and don’t redirect properly.
Others do work.
After experimentation, I discovered that if you try to redirect from a slug that you had previously used in a post or page, and then changed, it doesn’t work.
I suspect this is because WordPress itself tries to redirect old slugs whenever you change a slug on a post/page.
The plugin authors should check for this condition and handle it properly.
