Some recurring events not on WP FullCalendar

Installed Events Manager plugin.
Installed WP FullCalendar plugin.

Page “Calendar BETA” contains “[fullcalendar]”

Added recurring event. Title=HMIS Part 2: HMIS Basics.
Settings for this event:
“This event repeats Monthly every 1 month on the second Wed of each month. Recurrences span from 10/10/2013 to 12/31/2014. Event start from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. “

WP Full Calendar settings; Post Type = Events (event) – powered by Events Manager. Check mark by Event Categories (event-categories).

Issue: When viewing WP FullCalendar (http://ochmis.org/training/calendar-beta/), most months show the event, but some months (Dec. 2013, Jan. 2014, Jun. 2014, Sep. 2014, all months 2015) are missing. When viewing the standard Events Manager calendar (http://ochmis.org/training/events-calendar/) all the events are there.

Any ideas?
