    I have my site set up to send an email to 5 different email addresses when a new order is placed. Sometime when an order is placed, all 5 get the email. Other times, only 2 of the 5 get the email. The other 3 do not get the email. I can’t figure out why. The three that do not get them sometimes are from the same domain ( and different than the other 2 that get them, so maybe it is something on the receiving server? If I had the pro version, would the debug function tell me what happened with those emails? Anything else that can help me figure out what’s going on and how to fix it?

    Mail Bank has nothing to do with that in this case.

    If emails are sometimes receiving and sometimes not, then it could be some reason that the Mail might be rejected by the host.

    Please check that the domain has an SPF Record set for the email host.

    Please ask your Web Host to setup an SPF Record for you and it should be fixed automatically!
