    `Hello,

    I am transfered my websites to LiteSpeed ​​server. I am try to configure it right, but I have some troubles. I have 2 same pages in different languages ​​- same versions of plugins, WP, LS plugin etc. Every thing is configured same but I have 2 different outputs of pages:

    1. First page have PageSpeed ​​Score improved by 15% and second one have improved by -9%. Why? Everything is set up same.
    2. In Image optimization I am try to use QUIC.cloud. At first page I have LiteSpeed ​​Enterprise – Fast Queue and other options is unavaliable. At second page I have LiteSpeed ​​Server – Fast Queue and other options is unavaliable. Why?
    3. Is there any option how can I restore all QUIC.cloud images and upload it again? If yes, how can I do it?
    4. I want to use LQIP. Status in QUIC.cloud is OK but site dont uploading images. Is there some special button or setting how can I start uploading?
    5. In Crawler I have 4 crons – Guest – WebP (mobile + PC) and Guest (mobile + PC). Crawler shows me at almost all pages for mobile versions that it is Blacklisted due to not cacheable. At computer crons is almost all pages marked with blue – Cache Miss. Where is the problem?
    6. CDN setup – I am try to set up CDN at both of pages. With first page I am do it with no issues so I am try to do it same with second page. I am try to do it more times, but still have same error – Failed (will retry in 1 min), DNS not pointing to QC, DNS zone exists. I am edited DNS at my hosting company and it still dont work. I have both page in same hosting with same setting. Why it dont work?

    Hi,

    first of all please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    1) could you please provide these 2 pages URL in question so we can take a look first ?

    2) what do you mean by “other options is unavaliable” ?

    3) QC doesn’t store any images, it just fetches images from your site , optimize them , and tell your site to pull them back

    if you refer to undo this , you can just click “destroy all data” in image opmizaiton page (assuming you didn’t not remove the original backups)

    4) you can try set it to foreground first , otherwise it relies on your cron and need to purge cache after LQIP is generated , you can manually verify it in /wp-content/litespeed/lqip to see if there is anything generated

    5) try access these blacklisted pages with mobile simulator and check its response header first

    6) I will need to know both domains you are trying to set up first to check it out.

    1. First site is https://pcdiely.sk/ and second site is https://pcdily.cz/
    2. quic.cloud / website / image optimization / Free Tiers
    3. I had lot of images what I am not used before and I am deleted them from site. It deleted automatically also optimized images from QC?
    4. Directory /wp-content/litespeed/lqip does not exists. How can I put it to first position? Cron with image optimization is turned on 2 days and I have only 25-30 images uploaded. Why? At first time it goes faster. It took max few hours to upload 1500-2000 images.
    5. I dont understand what you mean. I am opened it with my mobile phone with private tab and it loaded first content and then header. I am try to delete WEBP and mobile version crons and it still not going. It stops at first page with Status: stopped_reset. In directory /wp-content/litespeed/crawler/ is only meta data.

    Hi,

    1) from what I see , both sites are not doing exact same , one site loads more request , you can see that from dev tool , and one site got less complaint on images , that might be related to your case , and score itself is also fluctuating on same site , like this time you get 70 , next test you get 75 , next next test you get 65

    2) both sites are on same server and on LiteSpeed Enterprise ? you can try refresh the domain key on .cz site , this should correct the tier

    3) when you delete an image in WP media page, it will take the optimized images alone with it.

    4) no , LQIP is only being requested with page access , that’s why I asked you to set it foreground first to test it out.

    open dev tool , mobile emulator , access the blacklist-ed page , check the response header

    6) actually both of your domains are not working on CDN , you need to change the DNS record , did you change that ?

    4. I dont exactly understand what you mean. I am enabled LQIP in my sites and also in QC dashboard but there is 0 images in LQIP in both sites.
    5. I am try to do this: clean blacklist, clean crawler map, refresh crawler map, manually run crawler and in both sites it stopped in first position with status stopped_reset. Where is the problem?
    6. I need to change DNS records forever or only once to verify site owner and then put it back?

    Hi,

    1) if you check the warning list on both sites, you will see they loaded different images

    4) go to page optm -> Media setting:

    set Lazy Load Images to ON

    set Responsive Placeholder to ON

    set LQIP Cloud Generator to ON

    set Generate LQIP In Background to OFF

    then purge all , and access any of your pages , you may see it slows down a bit on first access, that’s because LQIP is generating in-flight

    5) try click “manual run ” twice

    6) you need to keep that CNAME record all the time if you want to use QC CDN
