1. Why price at eBay don’t change when my item in Woocommerce change?
The first thing to check is if your listings are locked or unlocked. Unlocked listings require you to revise the “Changed” listings on WP-Lister’s “Listings” page before the modifications will take place on eBay. Locked listings will have only their price/stock updated to eBay but it will take place instantly. You can read more about this here: Locked Vs Unlocked Listings
2. Sometime I forgot to set my category before listing to eBay, then after listed to eBay I change the category, will it effect my price sync and stop WP Lister work?
No, category selections have nothing to do with stock/price updates.
3. If I change title in my Woocommerce will it sync to eBay?
Yes, but the listing(s) must be unlocked and you must revise the “Changed” listings on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister in order for the change to take place on eBay. If you want to provide custom eBay titles on eBay separate from your WC titles you can by using the “Listing title” field in the eBay options section of the edit product page.
4. About Update interval, I used 15 minute, I’m not clear about this because I don’t see any changes to my item in eBay.
The “Update Interval” setting is responsible for how often WP-Lister’s runs it’s background tasks. But that will not have WP-Lister automatically revise “Changed” listings from updates made to WC products, you need to revise those manually on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister.

I have change to Locked and set Update Interval 15minute, I wait about 1 hour to see the result but in my eBay still nothing price change even at my Woocommerce already change.
It’s price sync only work for WP Lister Pro?
Okay my mistake, I know why some my item not update in eBay it’s because auto changes price that I make into my function code will not auto update the product post and update to eBay.When I try manually update product post, everything work.
