    Hi again

After installing, translating (almost done) and testing I must say that we have some issues.
First, the plugin is not sending any email notifications either from a xampp installation or a real live site

Also, looks that the generated pages by the plugin, like the single ticket view, is missing some html code because even they load the header, they are missing the main container after tested in 3 themes.
The pages generated at wp where the shortcodes are placed are ok, but those like knowledge base docs, or single ticket view are not

Then, pagination has a strange behaivour, in xampp it shows 4 tickets before creating page2 to paginate, in live site it shows 1 ticket per page, so 5 tickets has 5 different pages to navigate

OrderBy: another strange way how it uses, from the plugin code I see it should be ordered by response date, but is not happening. As a suggestion, plugin should send to the end of the list those tickets marked as resolved, it makes sense to keep unresolved ones in the first places

As said, almost finished a full translation to spanish using “loco translate” plugin, if you want a copy of the .mo and .po let know where to send them

    Thanks

update: layout problems may be fixed with the custom templates as shown in the faqs

Q: How the plugin can be well integrated with my theme?
A: NanoSupport has smart templating. You can find all its templates inside the /templates/ directory. To make your theme completely integrated with the plugin’s templates you can simply make a directory in your theme named nanosupport/ and can overrite the plugin’s templates with your custom one.

For the pagination I found that the number of entries in WP settings (reading section) is also the nbr of tickets to be displayed in the support desk.

And finally, the email notifications were sleeping in my gmail spam folder, so all looks to be working fine now.

Thanks that you sorted out the issues completely localized.
BTW if you see any anomaly, don’t hesitate to report us anytime, but it’d be better, using Github Issues:
    https://github.com/nanodesigns/nanosupport/issues

After finishing the translation in Spanish, feel free to email us the .po file to:
    info@nanodesignsbd.com

And a huge thanks in advance for translating the plugin. <3

And we’ve created a new issue with the orderby request:
    https://github.com/nanodesigns/nanosupport/issues/22

We need to discuss about it to make it more future proof. It’d be better if you can participate there. 🙂
