# some problems wirth new version

 * Hi there!
 * Since I’ve downloaded the new version, a few problems occured:
 * 1) Videos do not open when choosing them on main page. Instead 404 error is shown.
 * 2) Some videos aren’t even shown in cathegories.
    (For example: 82 videos in 
   one cathegory, only 17 shown on page 1, “no videos in this cathegory” on page
   2)
 * Column and row settings are set correctly.
    In some cathegories “no videos in
   this cathegory” is shown despite videos in it.
 * What can we do about that?

 * Hi,
 * 1) If you are using latest WordPress 4.2.2, then by default the permalink will
   be ‘Date and Time’. Whereas the WordPress Video Gallery plugin will support ‘
   Default’ and ‘Postname’ permalinks. So go to admin -> Settings -> Permalinks.
   Here change the permalink type to ‘Default’ and check. If it is working fine,
   you can change the type to ‘Postname’.
 * 2) Regarding category, contact the support team at [assist@apptha.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/some-problems-wirth-new-version/assist@apptha.com?output_format=md).
   So that I check the admin settings, videos and update you.
