Some problem in social sharing

Hallo, i have some problem with this seo plugin to social sharing.
In google+ the title is repeated twice, so appears “post title – site namepost tile – site name”, and the description is not what I put in the single post description section.

In Facebook, when i sharing, in the title, %%sep%% %%sitename%% are missing… so, i need to appears “post title | site name” but appears only “post title”.
In facebook sharing, there is the same problem of google+ description.

what should i do?
