Some Posts Not Indexed

Hello, I’m working on a site with Relevanssi Premium installed. We are primarily using it for the PDF reading feature, and having the parent post up in searches that match the PDF content, because our posts contain only the embedded PDF.

This seems to be working well, except that I have 3 posts that just will not index.

Rebuilding the index from scratch works fine until it reaches these last couple of posts then it hangs indefinitely. Attempting to index the unindexed posts also hangs indefinitely after the following step:

Counting posts… 3 posts found.

Is there a way to enable some kind of logging that might show what the issue with these posts is? Also, is there a way to identify which 3 posts these are?

The following has come up in the debug.log which might be relevant:

I’ve only been able to identify one of them. It is virtually identical to other posts that have been indexed without issue so I’m not sure what the problem is. It is one of the longer/more important posts so it’s very concerning to the client that search isn’t pulling up this post.

Edit: I forgot to mention I have unchecked the Expand shortcodes when indexing option but it didn’t resolve the issue.
