    Hi!

    I have purchased the Professional API which has enough calls (250) for my install (85 items including core and themes).

    However, with the “Daily” scan set and even after doing a manual scan, some plugins are stuck at status:

    Not checked yet. Click the Check Now button to run a scan“.

    I figured this could be due to these all non-WP.org repo public plugins/themes or are simpy not found in the database. If you can confirm this, why not add an additional status e.g.:

    Not found in database“.

    That would be so much clearer!

    Hi Erik,

    Yea, I think you’re right, it’s that the plugin is a custom or premium one that we don’t have in our database.

    I’ll open an internal ticket to make this more clear.

    Awesome! Thanks for listening.

    The API is expensive, but having this great plugin to support it makes up for it bigtime 🙂
