Some plug-in email send, some other encounter error

    Hi there,

    I do have set the plugin with a custom smtp provider, and the test was ok.

    I then do have notice that email sent by Paid Membership Pro (a wp plug-in) are not sent, there is an error in wp mail smtp.

    While, with the same settings mail send by the newsletter (an other wp plug in) are well sent.

    Do you have any clues wha’ts going on and how to fix this ?

    I’m a bit worried that this module may work in some case and not some others

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

    Hi @jbonlinea,

    Thanks for reaching out! When you configure the WP Mail SMTP plugin using our available mailers, all of your website emails sent with the WordPress default wp_mail() function, will be routed through your WP Mail SMTP configured mailer.

    First, try forcing the “from email address” under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings page and then retest your Paid Membership Pro notifications.

    If you still experience any issues, please contact the plugin author and ask them how to switch to the default wp_mail() function.
