Thank you for contacting WooCommerce Plugin Support. In these cases, there is an option where you can change any words on your site and replace them with the equivalent you need through a plugin like SayWhat. With it, you can add the string where the words you want to change are and enter the ones you wish to replace them with, and the plugin will automatically do the rest.

I really appreciatte your great suportt. As your reply, I know I can also edit some strings with loco translate too, or with code. But why woocommerce has some strings on english and some in spanish? In fact, wesbite is in spanish but dates are in english? Shouln´t be the whole code on the same language, since the full spanish version is all translated?. Is it a bug?.

Can you please go to https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/update-core.php (switch yourwebsite.com with your URL) and check if there’s any updates for the Spanish translation?
Also, do you have any plugin that changes the dashboard?
Can you please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support so we can take a look?

I just wanted to inform you that the issue you faced came in our plugin after WP 6.5 and we have already fixed this issue in v10.11.1 of the Order Delivery Date Pro plugin so I recommend you to update the plugin to the latest version and this should be fixed.
