Some pages disappear when I activate the plugin... (8 posts)

    I have about 16 pages in my wordpress backend. As soon as I activate the Yoast SEO plugin, about half of those pages disappear from my WP Admin area. Luckily, they are still visible for site visitors, though...

    I am using the "Enfold" theme from Themeforest. PHP memory limit has been increased – which didn't solve the problem. The template programmers said they're not aware of any such problem.

    Could someone please help?

    Thanks a lot!

    I have exactly the same problem. Im also using the "Enfold" theme from Kriesi. When i activate the plugin only 2 of 16 pages appear in my admin panel. When i use filters im able to edit them all except one. When i deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin all pages appears again and everything works fine.

    Have you tried increasing the PHP memory limit? I tried but it didn't help...

    I've already posted something on the Enfold support forums at Kriesi... they said they're not aware of a bug. Maybe you can post something on the Kriesi forums, too? So that they start investigating....

    Anyone else here experiencing this kind of problem?

    Exact same situation for me as well. Same theme, same problem. I did notice that the pages of mine that are disappearing from the admin are set to show on the drop-down of the nav menu. No clue if that has any bearing at all on what is causing it.

    FYI, I installed All in One SEO and all the my pages show up just fine. May not be worth the hassle guys.

    I think the problem was caused by a conflict between Woocommerce and Yoast SEO. I solved it for now by adding these code to my functions.php:

    function remove_yoast_analysis(){
    remove_filter('wpseo_pre_analysis_post_content','avia_wpseo_pre_analysis_post_content_fix', 10, 1);

    Thanks! Adding the function didn't help solve my problem. But I noticed I still had a lot of draft pages which I didn't use. So I deleted all of those, and that solved the problem: Yoast plugin is running, woocommerce is running, and I can see all my pages again.

    Not sure what & why, but for the time being that's good enough ;)
