Some pages are not showing up

    Hello! Some pages work fine, but others do not. I used elementor to create these pages and were working perfectly until a couple of days ago which leads me to believe it’s a Sydney issue.

    Here is generally how it should look: /creative

    I might add that in elementor, it is perfectly setup, and seemingly works there. It also should include embedded YouTube videos, but it just is not appearing on the site itself.

    Hi,

    To check whether it is a specific issue with Sydney theme, can you try switching to one of default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty-One and running your test?

    Hi,

    Thank you for getting back.

    You’ll only lose the settings have made from customizer (Dashboard > Appearance > Customize). But they remain in the database and it will be back when the Sydney theme is activated.

    Your existing Elementor pages’ formats will remain there.

    I can confirm, it is only not working with Sydney.

    Can you share screenshots to animation setting of each your Elementor wigets?

    I’d like to replicate and troubleshoot it with my test site.

    You can upload your files to a free file hosting service like Google Drive and link them here. Ensure access restriction isn’t enabled.

    Like I said as well, it used to work perfectly, but randomly stopped working.

    Hi,

    I’d like to inspect this issue further and troubleshoot this with my test site.

    Can you share the XML export of your page to a file sharing services like Google Drive, so I can import it easily?

    Ensure the file restriction is not enabled before you link it here.

    Adding, in case you couldn’t share the page’s XML export, you can raise a new topic to our own support channel, where we could reach out to you over a private message over there to request direct admin access to your website.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the XML file.

    I tried it and the issue also presents on these themes:

    * Hello Elementor
    * Twenty Twenty

    Not sure whether it is a specific issu with Sydney theme as the same issue also presents on other themes as mentioned above.

    Hence I’ll pass this to our development team to check further.

    Ah you are right! It was working with other themes because I Disabled an elementor add-on very strange. Anyway, thanks for your time!
