SOME Page links incorrect after moving site

Hi,

I moved my wordpress site to a new server, and a new site name.

Everything Works after doing the search-and-replace on the DB, except this:

I use the “Events manager” plugin 5.5.3.1 by Markus Sykes. The pages that are used by this to display categories of events, all events and so on, do no longer Work. They are not found when I select the page in WP.

When I compare the setup with the original site. I see some differences.

Example of link shown when I hover over a page item:

This works: http://www.dengyldneskrue.dk/?p=56
This does not Work: http://www.dengyldneskrue.dk/index.php/events/kategori/

The first one is the “short link”, and that is used on the original site. The second is the permalink, and that is used on the new site.

I’m pretty sure that I probably just don’t know the structure of wp, but why did this change with moving the site, and how do I fix it ?
