Title: Some Orders not Exporting Last modified: November 28, 2023 --- # Some Orders not Exporting * Resolved [dannytaki](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dannytaki/) * (@dannytaki) * [2 years, 7 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/some-orders-not-exporting/) * We’ve had several orders starting at the date Nov 17th where the order was never exported into the Shipstation platform. I can see the orders in the order feed in Woocommerce, but the orders which weren’t exported, have no reference in the Shipstation woocommerce integration plugin’s log file for their dates. Only the orders which successfully exported are referenced in the log file. I’ve tried recreating the Store connection within shipstation and I’m currently running the latest version of Woocommerce and WordPress as well as the woocommerce shipstation integration plugin. This issue did begin though after installing **Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce** plugin by webToffee. We needed this plugin because past orders with the same order (previous website build) were affecting the export of new orders because they had identical order numbers. Could it be a plugin conflict which is causing this issue? How would I debug these faulty orders which aren’t being exported? I’m a bit worried about deactivating the plugin. If I deactivate the plugin, then the order numbers on these orders with status “processing” will change back to the woocommerce default. If that happens, will shipstation recognize them as new unique orders and import all my orders again? What does the shipstation woocommerce plugin use to identify a order for pulling into its application? If its the order number, then it will see all these new orders and may possibly create duplicate orders in my shipstation store. Iteration 2 of our website is conflicting with orders that passed into shipstation in the past. The custom order number plugin is only changing the superficial field. Can only be initialized during order creation. If the `orderkey` isn’t specified during creation, a unique value will be generated and assigned to the order.I’m thinking its the orderKey field which is causing the issue.
