    I think I really screwed-up… by mistake I delete wp_users from database now
   I am locked out of the control panel.
 * Any suggestions?
    I really hate if I have to redo site all over … Please advise

 * Ask your host support if they have backup of your database.
    Usualy they have.

    I do not think they have it This was non released
   site yet ( actually I was working to get t it released), So they might not have
   backup yet.. Is there any other way?

 * They still may have a backup if it was on their server, even if it wasn’t yet
   released. If they do, it may expire soon so ask as soon as possible.

 * Unfortunately they only backup active sites , So I do not have backup to play
   with ….
    Is there any other way to create new wp_user table and populate so I
   can get it in to a control panel?
 * If not I am really in trouble, I just point it to my DNS serves…

 * You could try through phpMyAdmin or whatever your hosting’s control panel is 
   using for managing databases.
 * Export same table from working WP installation and import it to your DB.
    Before
   that: – bakup your database – WP version on both saits shoul be the same – WP
   table prefix should be the same on both saits
