Some of the worst support I’ve ever received

When the plugin works, it’s great. However when it has an issue, the support is absolutely atrocious.
Follow their instructions, they blame you for doing something wrong even though you record a video and the video shows you doing EXACTLY what they asked.
They give you an answer that makes no sense and you question it? Don’t worry, somehow that’s your fault too, they’ll avoid the answer and twist it to something totally different.
You make a change they tell you to, and then it doesn’t work? They blame you for making plugin changes. Yeah, I did, you told me to!
Find a bug and report it to them with the exact reproduction steps? They won’t acknowledge it without you reproducing it with a video recording. No thanks, I don’t work for you or am paid by you; I gave you the steps, you’re welcome, at least try it yourself.
